Built for brands that treat merchandise like a values statement.

Earth Swag is a sustainable branded merchandise company serving clients across the United States. Founded in 2024 as a brand under The White Lotus Life LLC, a Certified B Corp™. Women and minority-owned. Member of 1% for the Planet. Built on the belief that the products you put your logo on say more about your brand than your tagline does.

Five things we believe about merchandise

01. Merchandise is a marketing channel. Earth Swag doesn't just sell swag. The work is branded merchandise that earns brand recall, opens conversations, and protects reputation. Every product decision starts with a marketing brief, not a catalog.

02. Certifications matter because they're audited. Earth Swag's parent company is a Certified B Corp™. The business is a 1% for the Planet member. It holds OMWBE certification. It holds King County certification. Each one was earned, not bought and each one is independently verifiable.

03. Becoming better is a working standard. Becoming a Certified B Corp™ marked the beginning of a longer commitment, not the finish line. Earth Swag is actively building stronger supplier vetting, sourcing transparency, and impact reporting into every part of how the business operates.

04. Curation beats catalog. Buyers don't need 200 product options. They need a shortlist built for their brief. Earth Swag's value is their expertise in knowing which five products fit your audience, your budget, and your timeline.

05. Business can be impact-driven and profitable. Earth Swag exists to prove that conscious brands don't have to choose between values and growth. Scale is the goal. Impact is the proof.

Roma Thadani Agarwal

About the founder

Earth Swag was founded by Roma T Agarwal, a marketing strategist with over sixteen years of experience building brands for clients who measure success in more than units sold.

Her conviction is straightforward: the merchandise a brand puts into the world is a marketing decision, a brand decision, and increasingly a reputational decision. It deserves the same rigor a CMO brings to a campaign or a website launch.

Under her leadership, Earth Swag has built a working model that prioritizes brand strategy over product catalogs, supplier transparency over price competition, and direct accountability over agency layers.

Roma was named to 425 Business Magazine's 40 Under 40 list for her work building The White Lotus Life LLC, the parent company behind Earth Swag's B2B practice. She leads client strategy and creative direction across every engagement, supported by an in-house operations team and long-standing supplier relationships built on transparency and verified sustainability standards.
